Executive Director As a believer in lifelong learning, Tim promotes the importance of continuing education and board certification to our skilled therapists so they can achieve the best possible treatment outcomes for their patients.  He graduated from the University of Hartford with his Master of Science in Physical Therapy and later attended Temple University for his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.  Tim became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy in 2011 and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2015, becoming the first in the Lehigh Valley to achieve this dual certification.  He graduated from Lehigh University’s prestigious Master of Business Administration program.

Tim joined Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s in January of 2005. He began his career as a staff physical therapist, was promoted to a Facility Director later in 2005, became a Regional Director in 2007, and was promoted to the Executive Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation in 2022. He has mentored facility directors and staff physical therapists, assisted in developing policies, procedures, and best practices, and improved physician-physical therapist relationships through collaborative protocol development and inservices. Tim has also participated in the vast expansion of the network by participating in all facets of opening a new clinic from floor plan design, equipment procurement, and compliance inspection to assisting in hiring and training staff, marketing to physicians and the community, and treating patients. He has served on various interdisciplinary St. Luke’s University Health Network committees including the Orthopedic, Bone and Joint, and Sports Medicine steering committees.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth baseball and basketball.
