Many of our physical therapists have completed advanced certifications to provide you with the best possible treatment for your sports injury or condition. We focus on injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and performance enhancement for physically active individuals. Our goal is for athletes to be able to return to their sport or activity safely. We are proud to coordinate with physicians and athletic trainers in local high schools, colleges, and professional teams to ensure their athletes are safe and healthy.

Chad Clark was a LV Steelhawks football player when he ruptured a tendon in his rotator cuff. Following surgery, Clark worked with our physical therapist Tim Miller, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, CSCS at our Illick's Mill location to regain range of motion and strength in his shoulder.

Our ACL Performance Enhancement program is designed to educate athletes, coaches, and parents on proper technique to improve body control to reduce the risk of injury and to enhance performance.

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is a key component of physical therapy delivered with the skilled hands of your therapist rather than a machine or device. It focuses on identifying the causes of musculoskeletal pain and disability by placing pressure on muscle tissues and mobilizing joints. Manual therapy can help to increase range of motion, reduce inflammation, improve function, induce relaxation, and provide longer lasting relief. Our skilled therapists can determine if manual therapy is the right fit for you.
