As a physical therapist you will evaluate and treat patients to maximize patients' functional abilities. You will work in an environment offering state of the art equipment that will help you provide the highest quality of care. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Evaluates and treats patients
• Documents patient evaluation, patient care plans, and treatment progress on Medical Records, completes Medicare recerfications and discharge planning.
• Supervises PT and PTA students and observers as assigned.
• Assists in developing and implementing department programs.
