Frank graduated from the West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree In Biology and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University. Frank is a Fellow of the American Association of Orthopedic Manual Therapy receiving his education from the Manual Therapy Institute. Frank also is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation from the American Institute of Balance. Frank believes in utilizing a hands- on approach to treatment and helping each individual person achieve their goals.
