Sharon received her degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University.  In addition to specializing in Vestibular (balance) Therapy and Concussion management, she is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Sharon also holds certification as an APTA Certified Expert in Exercise for the Aging Adult. Having treated Olympic and pre-Olympic level athletes, she respects the goals of all individuals regardless of age or medical history, to safely achieve their maximum physical potential. Her skill set includes direct and indirect myofascial release techniques and craniosacral therapy, kinesiotaping, graston technique soft tissue mobilization, Paris, Mulligan, and Maitland manual techniques. Most recently she has developed a rehabilitation program for the treatment of Amplified Pain Syndrome for children and teens and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome for adults. Her philosophy is the treat the whole person with attention to both orthopedic and neurological contributing factors in efforts to promote quality of life and function.
