Shannon Pennella

PT, DPT As a former college athlete, Shannon knows firsthand what it is like to experience injuries and understands what it is like to be sidelined from something that someone enjoys. She holds a clinical interest in restoring function of all ages, by utilizing manual therapy, exercises, and self-empowering her patients, especially with an active population. She graduated from DeSales University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology and then attended PT school as well at DeSales University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is currently in the orthopedic residency program at St. Luke’s which allows her to work toward a specialty in orthopedics and will graduate in 2024. She enjoys promoting an active lifestyle with her patients and finding a way to challenge her patients throughout their rehab process. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, skiing, being outside and hanging out with friends, family and her dogs.
