Karen Spadoni

PT, DPT Karen has a passion for working with patients throughout their lifetime to encourage and promote wellness and fitness. She believes “Prevention is the best medicine” and encourages her patients to take an active role in both their recovery and wellness goals. She graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, along with a Minor in Coaching and Concentration in Nutrition. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Scranton, while serving as Assistant Coach of the Men’s and Women’s Swim Teams. She has taken additional coursework in Therapeutic Neuroscience Education (Pain Science). Her treatment philosophy includes a combination of manual therapy and exercise, the patient and physical therapist working together to implement a home exercise program, and encouraging sleep, meditation/breathing, and proper nutrition into patients’ treatment cycle. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time outdoors, hosting friend and family gatherings, and cooking/baking.
