Frank has a passion for working with a variety of orthopedic conditions and holds clinical interest in manual therapy, sports medicine, and treatment of spinal related concerns. Frank holds his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Chester University. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapy obtained through the Manual Therapy Institute and a Fellow of Spine Physical Therapy obtained through the Academy of Spine Physical Therapy. He is also an Advanced Spine Care Practitioner acknowledged through Physical Therapy at. St. Luke’s.  Frank serves as faculty for the Spine Physical Therapy Fellowship Program at St. Luke’s and serves as mentor for this and in the Orthopedic Physical therapy residency. In addition, he enjoys mentoring and teaching outside of the clinic with courses designed to teach clinicians manual therapy and treatment of the nervous system. Outside of physical therapy, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports with his two sons.
