Lara’s passion for fitness began when she earned her Master of Fitness certification in the Army. She graduated from the United States Military Academy with a BS in English Literature and a minor in Systems Engineering, received her MBA from the University of Central Arkansas, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. She enjoys working with people of all genders and in both orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy in order to help them understand how exercise based therapy can help them lead their best lives. Lara has additional certification as a Certified Manual and Neurodynamic Therapist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist as well as Pilates Mat and Reformer certifications through Balanced Body. Lara is the mother of three daughters and enjoys spending her free time hiking and paddle boarding.
