Lauren graduated from Saint Francis University with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with minors in Exercise Physiology and American Sign Language. Lauren continued her education at Saint Francis University to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She is passionate about treating patients impacted by cancer and has completed additional training in oncology rehabilitation through the Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Lauren combines her additional training and many clinical interests to rehabilitate the orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and lymphatic deficits that can affect those living with a cancer diagnosis; during and following their surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and additional treatments.
Lauren also sees a variety of neurological conditions including Parkinson’s Disease and has completed additional training in LSVT BIG and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery. She believes in a compassionate, integrative approach to treatment of all patients, to assist them in returning to their functional level and improving their quality of life.
Lauren is currently working to become a Certified Oncology Rehabilitation Specialist through the Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute.
