Where: Emmaus High School - 500 N. Macungie Road, Emmaus PA
We will be at the Emmaus 4 Mile Classic before and after the race! We will have body composition testing, grip strength testing, and consultations with a licensed Physical Therapist! We will also have helpful suggestions for stretching!
