Cara received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science at the University of Central Florida in 2008 and her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of North Florida in 2012. She came back to her roots in New Jersey to pursue her physical therapy career specializing in stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, balance and vestibular disorders. In 2016, she achieved her Board Certification in the field of Neurology. She was also a co-author for the July/August edition of Rehab Measures Magazine for their featured cover article on Pain Management in 2019. Cara believes in a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach which includes various community involvement consisting of local support groups, wheelchair clinics and other resources which strives to create personalized and meaningful goals for her patients and their family members. In addition to her Board Certification in Neurology, she is also certified in Rock Steady Boxing, LSVT BIG, and an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Outside of work, Cara enjoys hiking, running, being outside and spending time with her family and friends.
