Amy, a marathon runner herself, has a passion for staying active working with the pediatric population to increase independence, reaching milestones, and achieve goals. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Health Services and Biology, received a Master’s in Rehabilitation Science from CalU of PA, and completed her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Alvernia University. Amy began her career in acute care and inpatient rehab for adults, but found her true passion working in pediatrics in a variety of settings such as early intervention, outpatient, preschool and school-aged, and inpatient pediatric rehab, as well as adjunct teaching for a local OT program. Amy became a Certified Autism Specialist and is certified in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), SOS Feeding Course, SOFFI feeding, Interactive Metronome, a certified ADHD Rehabilitation Services Provider, has completed the AOTA Fieldwork Certification Program. Amy is AOTA Board Certified in Pediatrics and currently completing her Lactation Consultant training.
