Sharon graduated from Quinnipiac University. She has practiced physical therapy in multiple settings, including acute care orthopedic and head injury centers, outpatient sports medicine, spinal cord rehabilitation and geriatric home care. She has specialty certificates in advance wheelchair mobility, manual lymphatic drainage massage and is also a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults.
