I ran Cross-country/Track at Downingtown High School and Juniata College and was a two time Cross-Country MVP (1992 &1993) and Track MVP (1992) at Juniata College. Currently racing in the adventure racing format and also a competitive Master’s level MTB and Cyclocross bike racer in the local and regional circuit. I have always had an interest in injury prevention and curative medicine for the runner and helped started our Motion Analysis program at St. Luke’s in 2014 to better evaluate the dynamic movements in running.
