Application Process

How to Apply: 

1. All applicants must have a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey with at least 2 years clinical experience.
2. APTA membership preferred, but not required.
3. All applicants should have three (3) letters of recommendation. If you are a recent graduate, include a letter of recommendation from one of your clinical instructors.
4. All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy of the specialty of Orthopaedics and the principles of the St. Luke's University Health Network Orthopaedic Physical Therapist Assistant Certification program through their essay responses.
5. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Preference submitted by January 1st for the upcoming March Cohort.
