Megan Cara

MS, CCC-SLP Megan graduated with her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Stroudsburg University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in the same field of study from Penn State University. She has experience working with both children and adults in the outpatient clinical setting and the school setting, including virtual and in-person modalities. Megan has a passion for treating the pediatric population, including those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other pragmatic (social) language disorders. She also has a special interest in the use of augmentative-alternative communication (AAC) devices. Megan places emphasis on an inquisitive and collaborative approach to treatment. She enjoys asking questions, researching for answers, and collaborating with team members to facilitate an inclusive, hands-on method of intervention. In her free time, Megan enjoys partaking in crafts such as painting and drawing, as well as babysitting children of friends and family
