As a former collegiate track and field athlete and high school track coach, Steve has firsthand experience knowing what it takes to prepare for competition and the effects an injury can have on this preparation leading to his passion for treating the running athlete. He also finds great joy in assisting a patient recovering post operatively by helping them regain their function and return to their desired level of activity. He obtained his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University with an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management. He then went on to complete a residency program at Arcadia University before obtaining his Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS). Steve believes in a hybrid approach with a mix of hands on and exercise-based treatment that is tailored to each patient’s functional needs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs as well as enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and hiking.
