Our pediatric rehabilitation department offers a multidisciplinary approach for the treatment of infants to adolescent patients. Our pediatric therapists are required to have a Master’s Degree, state licensing and specialty training. We work closely with parents and caregivers and give them an opportunity to become an active participant in their child’s therapy. We educate and train them for carryover activities to help achieve the best possible results.
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Enables appropriate and independent play, fine motor skills, sensory integration based therapy, visual motor skills, visual perceptual skills and self-help skills.
Pediatric Physical Therapy Assesses and treats strength, gross motor skills, muscle tone, range of motion and overall mobility in order to improve and maximize independent function and safety within the daily environment.
Pediatric Speech Therapy Evaluates and treats disorders of articulation, language, fluency, voice, feeding, swallowing, and combinations of these in order to allow the patient to communicate functionally and add alternative/augmentative communication effectively and safely.
The coordination of care between our occupational and speech-language therapists helped one of our younger patients, Sophie regain her ability to communicate:
Robyn is amazing! She is very friendly and engaging with my 5 month old son. Because of her attitude, he never gives her a problem and is always smiling and giggling at her.

My son uses pediatric therapy. The staff is amazing and will show you how to continue helping at home. The women who help my son, he sees 4 or more, are the greatest people I have had the pleasure to meet...If your child needs any help with sensory issues, problems with physical limitations or eating therapy, I wouldn't hesitate to come here for help...
