Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support and back up to the Practice Administrator and other Administrative Team members. They will answer phones and schedule patients as needed. In addition, they are responsible for assisting in completing weekly/monthly statistical analysis and reports, assisting the Billing Supervisor with handling questions from the Front Desk Coordinators and supporting with insurance authorizations. They will be assisting with Accounts Receivable and assisting with marketing tasks as needed.
