Office Manager
The Office Manager provides support for the Physical Therapy at St. Luke's Administrative office and direction to the Administrative staff. Responsible for efficient operation of the office. Maintains filing system and end of month reports. Promotes a positive and professional image as concerns the practice and the staff’s interaction with patients, personnel, and the community.
  • Oversees and directs the work of the staff in the Administrative Office.
  • Maintains open communication with the staff and administrative and other hospital personnel.  Troubleshoot any problems that arise in the day-to-day functioning of the office. 
  • Assists in maintaining the practice’s policies and procedures as concerns Medicare Compliance, HIPAA Compliance and OSHA Compliance.:
  • Accounts Payable – assists the bookkeeper with duties as needed.
  • Prepares monthly reports and meets with the administrative staff to discuss such reports.
  • Distributes correspondence to individuals designated in a timely manner and maintains files of correspondence and related materials.
  • Screens telephone call and visitors, and sorts incoming and interdepartmental mail.
  • Maintains defined levels of office supplies; prepares purchase orders.
  • Addresses company representatives, patient visitors, co-workers and others in a courteous, professional and pleasant manner at all times.
  • Provide support and back up to other Administrative Team members involving Compliance, Human Resources and Information Technology.
